정보시스템과 관련하여 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 이론과 기술을 배운다. 정보시스템의 기능적 요소의 하나인 인터페이스 평가 및 분석, 이용자 요구 분석, 시스템 평가 등을 통해 현재 정보시스템을 분석하고 데이터베이스 모델링 및 인터페이스 디자인 원칙을 적용하여 정보시스템 설계를 다룬다.

Focuses on design and construction of information system. Learns analysis of organizational problems, evaluation of information system. and how information systems can be designed to solve those problems. Application of database and interface design principles to the implementation of information systems.
